Emmet Dems walk three miles to help the Alliance for Lupus Research raise money. 100% of money raised goes for research on June 17, 2010, * * * * * * DEMS raise money to feed the hungry during the CROP Hunger Walk in Bay View on June 24, 2010. * * * * * * THE ANNNUAL Emmet Dems picnic was held at Mineral Well Park in Petoskey. The weather did not dampen the mood. It was great to see our many DEMS return to the area and be together again for great food and friendship on June 15, 2010. * * * * * * 4th of July found several of us on the Parade Line. The Petoskey Parade was long and extremely hot! But what fun we all had. * * * * * * Emmet Dems, family and friends worked together to clean along US 31 in Oden on Sat. July 10. Twenty-three volunteers had a great time participating in the Adopt-a-Highway program.
